today i am grateful for…
the word “no” (over-committing oneself is never a good idea…i am learning to take a step back and bow out of some things).
my position at work (it’s hard being in charge sometimes, but i am enjoying my work and my team)
my car (i’ve only used public transportation once this year…weird for me but kinda cool, definitely more relaxing)
my eating habits all week have been pretty good…planning and preparing healthy food and snacks has made it easy for me to make better choices
for a beautiful life,
